Your timepiece deserves protection you can trust. Every Watchskins installation performed on or after 1 July 2026 is backed by our Two (2) Year Warranty. Throughout the warranty period, you are entitled to three (3) complimentary in-house replacements at no charge. Should anything fall short of the standards we uphold, we will make it right.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By having our watch protection film installed, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. Covered Parts
This warranty applies to the watch protection film installed on the following areas of your timepiece:
- Glass
- Watch Case
- Case Back
- Bezel
- Bracelet
- Buckle
- Side Links
2. Scope of Coverage
This warranty covers the Watchskins protection film applied to your watch against defects during the warranty period. If any of the following appear within the warranty period, we will replace the film on the affected part at no charge:
- Lifting at the edges of the film.
- Peeling or separation from the surface.
- Bubbling that appears without impact.
- Discolouration or yellowing of the film.
- Adhesive failure under everyday conditions.
3. Replacement Coverage
- You are entitled to three (3) replacements during the two (2) year warranty period.
- For each approved warranty claim, we will replace only the watch protection film section(s) affected by the covered issue. Unaffected film will not be replaced.
- Each approved warranty claim counts as one (1) replacement, regardless of the number of affected film sections replaced as part of the same claim.
- Replacements are carried out at no charge, inclusive of both material and installation labour, when performed at our shop.
- Once three (3) replacements have been carried out, the warranty is considered fully used.
4. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage, drops, or impact to the watch or the film.
- Damage from removal, re-application, or handling by anyone outside our in-house team.
- Exposure to solvents, chemicals, or cleaning agents beyond normal use.
- Water exposure beyond the watch’s own rated water resistance.
- Any modification or alteration made to the watch after installation.
- Natural ageing or wear of the film after the two (2) year warranty period.
- Loss or theft of the watch.
This warranty applies solely to the watch protection film installed by us. It does not cover the watch itself, including but not limited to its movement, case, glass, bezel, bracelet, or any other original components. While every watch is handled with the utmost care during the protection film installation or replacement process, we shall not be liable for any pre-existing defects or damage to the watch that falls outside the scope of this warranty.
5. Warranty Conditions and Owner Responsibilities
The following conditions must be satisfied for this warranty to remain valid:
- The protection film must have been installed by Watchskins.
- The customer must retain the original invoice or warranty card, which serves as proof of coverage.
- The protection film must be cared for and maintained in accordance with our care guidelines. The customer should avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning, and exposure to conditions beyond normal wear.
- The protection film must not be removed, altered, or re-applied by the customer or any third party.

6. Warranty Claim Procedure
- WhatsApp us to book an appointment.
- Bring your watch, together with the original warranty card or invoice, to our service centre at Far East Plaza.
- Our technician will inspect the film to determine whether the issue is covered.
- Where the claim is approved, Watchskins will replace the film on the affected part at no charge, subject to the customer’s remaining replacement entitlement.
Most warranty replacements are completed on the same day. If additional time is required to process your claim, we will inform you when you drop off your watch. For security purposes, the watch may only be collected by the same individual who dropped it off and will not be released to any other person.
7. Warranty Period and Existing Customers
Customers whose film was installed before 1 July 2026 are covered by our One (1) Year Warranty; installations on or after that date carry our Two (2) Year Warranty.
Both run under the same terms outlined here, effective as of the installation date recorded on your warranty card.
8. Ownership and Transferability
Each warranty is registered in the name of the person who purchased the installation. At the time of service, you receive a warranty card and an invoice, which together serve as your proof of coverage.
The warranty is personal to the registered owner. It is not transferable and does not pass to another person if the watch is sold or otherwise passed on.
9. General Terms and Limitation of Liability
- The warranty covers one installation on one watch and is registered in the purchaser’s name.
- A claim can be made with either the warranty card or the invoice.
- Warranty coverage is limited to two (2) years from the date of installation or three (3) replacements, whichever occurs first.
- Watchskins assesses each claim reasonably and in good faith, and determines whether it falls within these terms.
- The sole remedy available under this warranty is the re-application of the protection film on the affected covered parts, as set out in these terms.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watchskins is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of use of the watch. This does not affect our responsibility to take due care of your watch while it is in our possession, and it does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
- This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Singapore consumer protection law and does not limit them.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
- Watchskins reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The terms applicable to any given film are those in effect on its date of installation.
