These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Watchskins website at https://watchskins.sg, your purchase of our products, and the watch protection film installation and related services provided by Watchskins (“Watchskins”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By making an appointment, purchasing our products, using our services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Warranty Policy, where applicable.

1. ABOUT WATCHSKINS

Watchskins is Singapore’s luxury watch protection specialist. We provide watch protection solutions for watch owners through custom-cut watch protection films, professionally installed at our dedicated service centre in Singapore.

2. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Our watch protection films are available for selected watch brands, models and references. Availability and compatibility may vary depending on the specific watch and its configuration.

For watches not listed in our catalogue, we may also offer customised protection film solutions, subject to the watch model and technical feasibility.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information about our products and services, including compatibility, descriptions and pricing, is accurate and up to date. However, information may occasionally contain errors or omissions, which we may correct when identified.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue an installation or customisation where we reasonably determine that the watch, component, surface or requested customisation is unsuitable, cannot be performed to an appropriate standard, or may present an unreasonable risk of damage.

3. WATCH PROTECTION FILM PERFORMANCE

Watchskins protection film is designed to help protect covered surfaces of a watch against everyday scratches, scuffs and abrasions. However, it cannot prevent all forms of damage to a watch.

The level of protection may vary depending on factors including the watch and its surface finish, the area covered, the nature and severity of an impact or abrasion, how the watch is worn and other external conditions.

Protection film covers only the surfaces and areas to which film has been installed. Areas that are not covered by protection film remain unprotected.

Installation of Watchskins protection film does not alter or extend any warranty provided by the manufacturer of your watch.

4. APPOINTMENTS

Appointments with Watchskins are currently provided without a booking fee or deposit unless otherwise communicated to you before booking.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we ask that you contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled.

Appointment times are estimates. While we make reasonable efforts to begin and complete services within the expected time, delays may occasionally occur depending on the watch, installation requirements and circumstances on the day.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment where reasonably necessary. Where this occurs, we will endeavour to contact you and arrange an alternative appointment.

5. CONDITION OF YOUR WATCH AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Before installation, we may visually inspect your watch to assess its condition and suitability for the requested service.

You should inform us of any known damage, defects, modifications, aftermarket components, coatings, surface treatments, previously installed protection film, or other conditions that may reasonably affect the installation.

Watchskins is not responsible for scratches, damage, defects, wear or other conditions that existed before the watch was provided to us or that were not caused by our products or services. Certain pre-existing conditions may become more noticeable during inspection, cleaning, preparation, installation or removal of existing protection film.

If we identify a condition that we reasonably believe could make installation unsuitable or create an unreasonable risk of damage, we may discuss this with you and decline, postpone or modify the requested service.

You should inspect your watch following completion of the installation and notify us promptly if you have any concerns regarding the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our responsibility to exercise reasonable care while your watch is in our possession.

6. INSTALLATION

Watch protection film is professionally installed and may be applied to watch components with complex shapes, curves, edges and different surface finishes. Due to these characteristics, minor variations in fit, positioning, alignment or edge visibility may naturally occur and are considered normal characteristics of the installation, provided they do not materially affect the performance of the protection film.

As part of the normal installation and curing process, minor bubbles may be visible beneath the protection film after installation. This is a natural characteristic of the installation process and will typically resolve as the film settles and cures, usually within approximately 48 hours.

Our protection film is designed to be nearly invisible once fully dry and settled. If bubbles persist for more than three (3) days, please contact Watchskins so that we can inspect the affected area and, where necessary, rectify the issue.

As part of the installation process, we may clean and prepare the relevant external surfaces of the watch where necessary.

Watchskins does not provide watch repair, polishing, refinishing, restoration, servicing or maintenance services. Any cleaning or preparation performed by us is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the installation of the protection film.

7. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted and payable in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

The applicable price will generally depend on the watch model and the products or services selected.

Payment is due after completion of the installation or service, unless we agree otherwise with you in advance.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, description or administrative errors. Where an error is identified before the service is performed, we will inform you and you may decide whether to proceed at the corrected price.

Available payment methods may change from time to time.

8. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Because our watch protection film is specifically installed onto a customer’s watch, purchases are generally non-refundable once installation has been completed, except where required by applicable law or where a remedy is available under our Warranty Policy.

If you identify an issue with an installation, please contact us so that we can inspect the affected film and determine the appropriate resolution.

9. WATCH PROTECTION FILM WARRANTY

Watch protection installed by Watchskins is covered by our warranty:

• Installations performed on or after 1 July 2026: two (2) years from the original installation date.
• Installations performed before 1 July 2026: twelve (12) months from the original installation date.

The warranty includes up to three (3) complimentary warranty replacements during the applicable warranty period.

All warranty coverage, eligibility requirements, exclusions, replacement terms and claim procedures are subject to our Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or our Warranty Policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

Watchskins will exercise reasonable care when handling your watch and performing our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Watchskins will not be responsible for:

• pre-existing scratches, damage, defects, wear or deterioration;
• defects or weaknesses in the watch or its components that were not caused by Watchskins;
• damage arising from accidents, impacts, misuse, improper handling or external causes after the watch has been returned to you;
• damage to areas of the watch that are not covered by watch protection film;
• normal wear and tear of the watch or protection film;
• loss or damage resulting from unauthorised modification, repair, removal or reinstallation performed by another person; or
• indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from our products or services, to the extent such liability may lawfully be excluded.

11. CUSTOMER PHOTOGRAPHS, REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

You may choose to provide us with photographs, reviews, testimonials or other content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any content submitted to us and that doing so does not infringe another person’s rights.

Where we wish to use identifiable customer content, photographs or testimonials for advertising or promotional purposes, we may seek appropriate permission where required.

12. WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of our website, including the Watchskins name, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, designs, text and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Watchskins and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access our website and its content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or use our intellectual property without our prior permission except where permitted by law.

You must not use our website:

• for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• to interfere with the security, availability or operation of the website;
• to introduce malicious software or harmful code;
• to obtain unauthorised access to our systems or data;
• to impersonate another person or provide fraudulent information; or
• to infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, website, customers or other users.

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, policies, business practices or applicable legal requirements.

17. SEVERABILITY

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Subject to any rights or remedies available under applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, our products or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
